These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets for exhibitions organized by Äventyrs Museum Stockholm.
1. General

2. Ticket Validity
- Each ticket is valid for one (1) entry to the exhibition
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot stated on the ticket
- Tickets may be presented digitally or in printed form
- Tickets are non-nominative unless otherwise stated
3. Entry & QR Code
- Entry is granted upon scanning a valid QR code
- Once scanned and validated, the ticket is considered used and may not be reused
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or misused
4. Prices & VAT
- All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT (moms) in accordance with Swedish tax regulations
- VAT for cultural admission is currently 6%, unless otherwise stated
- Prices may be changed without prior notice but will not affect completed purchases
5. Payment
- Payment is processed via secure payment providers (e.g. card, Klarna, Stripe)
- The purchase is completed once payment is successfully authorized and confirmed
- A receipt and ticket will be sent electronically after purchase
6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
- Tickets for events with a specific date and time are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen)
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the exhibition is cancelled or materially changed
7. Cancellation or Changes
- In the event of cancellation, the ticket holder is not entitled to a refund of the ticket price or re-booking
- The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to opening hours or content without obligation to offer a refund
8. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Circumstances that may qualify as Force Majeure include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters, fire, flood
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Pandemics, epidemics
- Government actions or restrictions
- Power failures
- Any other event beyond the organizer's control
In the event of a Force Majeure situation leading to the cancellation of the exhibition, the ticket holder shall be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
If the exhibition is postponed or altered due to Force Majeure, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date or modified event. No refund will be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Liability
- The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
- The organizer is not liable for personal belongings brought into the exhibition
- Visitors must follow all safety instructions and staff guidance while on the premises
10. Personal Data
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR)
- Personal data is used solely for ticket administration, communication related to the visit, and legal obligations

11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Swedish law
- Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts
